The service generates a document from a template of your choice and/or sends it by e-mail, e-Delivery, SMS or post.

It is designed for frequently repeated documents such as payment requests, invoices, reminders or offers, delivered through various channels: postal letter, data message, e-mail or SMS.

The service has two basic, independent functions: it makes generating documents easy, and it sends them through the channel of your choice.

Gestionnaire de modèles lets you create and maintain document and message templates personalised from the case: you put expressions such as {Client.FullName} into the template and they are filled with the data of a particular case.

Templates can then be sent:

• from a case – with one click directly from the case;
• in bulk – as a batch over a selection of cases;
• automatically – by rules, e.g. when a claim reaches a given number of days past due (DPD);
• on an event – triggered by an event, e.g. generated through the API;
• conditionally – only for cases matching a filter (groups, tags, states).
